The Central Bank of Lesotho invites tenders from HVAC Specialists Companies or Contractors for replacement of Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning System at LRCC:
- A compulsory site visit shall be held on the Tuesday 03rd October 2023 at 10am. Bidders are to report at the Lehakoe gate before 10am.
- Detailed tender requirements can be downloaded from the website at www.centralbank.org.ls
- Electronic PDF email bid submissions stating “Bid for LRCC HVAC System” on the email subject and should be emailed to [email protected]
- The bid proposal shall be attached to the email as PDF attachments or folder or zipped folder only. Links are not allowed.
- Bids should be received on or before Friday 13th October 2023. The cut off time for the receipt of the bids shall be 14:30hrs, the recipient time. Bids received after the stated time will not be considered.
- Central Bank of Lesotho is not bound to accept the lowest or any bid and may cancel the bidding process at any stage prior to the award of contract and is not bound to provide reasons for cancellation.
