The Behavioural Economics Graduate will operate across functions (Analytics, Digital, Product, Marketing, Channel) leveraging behavioural insights to design nudges that shape customer behaviour in a way that generates commercial value
to the Bank.

You will be responsible for researching, collating, and recommending global best-practice behavioural case studies from industry and academia, which in turn guide the design and development of new initiatives, implemented through multi-disciplinary teams and regular experimentation. The focus is on the full spectrum of business segments services and initiatives that span across financial well-being and customer outcomes such as improving savings rates, credit performance, and internal productivity.

Through this rotational programme, you’ll get the opportunity to learn how to construct a behavioural intervention, from design to execution, and how to further manage and measure key experimentations. This exciting programme involves identifying new opportunities, researching the latest methods, and sourcing behavioural insights from customers. You will also be tasked with designing, monitoring, and measuring experiments- working across functions to implement and scale feasible projects.

In addition to keeping up to date on best practices, you will ultimately get the opportunity to present your insights and results to a broad range of stakeholders.

Qualifications & Experience
• Degree in Economics, Behavioural Finance, Sociology, Psychology, Neuroscience, Data Science, Applied Mathematics, Statistics or equivalent
• Honours or Masters will be an added advantage
• Experience in data manipulation
• Proficient in relevant computer applications
• Planning and organisational skills
• Well-developed negotiation, facilitation, and communication skills.

Programme Duration: 18 -24 months
