Job Description
Position: Bartender & Mixologist
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
- Create innovative cocktail recipes and seasonal drink menus
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- Manage stock levels and assist with inventory control
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and liquor regulations
- Provide excellent customer service and engage positively with guests
- Handle customer payments and maintain accurate records
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Bartender and/or Mixologist
- Knowledge of cocktail preparation, spirits, wines, and beverages
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Hospitality or bar management certification is an added advantage
