Key Responsibilities
• Beverage preparation and service
• Bar stock control
• Basic operation of Point of Sales (POS) systems
• Handling cash and credit card transactions
• Guest service
Minimum Requirements
• Certificate in Hospitality/Food & Beverage advantageous
• Minimum 1 year bar experience
• Strong beverage knowledge including basic cocktail making and coffee making skills
• Excellent customer service skills
• Good communication skills
• Ability to remain calm under pressure
• Professional appearance
• Honest and trustworthy
