The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests in the Bar/Club section, ensuring a memorable experience for all patrons.
Job Responsibilities
You will:
- Handle guest inquiries and report any issues or complaints promptly.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including restocking supplies and cleaning glasses.
- Greet guests warmly and give assistance where necessary
- Ensure adherence to all health and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with other team members to maintain a high standard of service.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred, but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
