Job title: Banquet server/Waiter (Banqueting) x 2
Reports to: Restaurant Manager
Duties and responsibilities:
1. Seeing to the comfort of guests through answering questions, taking orders and instructions to the kitchen and bar.
2. Directing guests to necessary services and features.
3. Assist with complete setup and breakdown of the banquet area.
4. Relay food and beverage orders.
5. Maintain a high level of cleanliness and awareness of sanitary practices.
6. Respond urgently and appropriately to any guests concerns.
7. Present in professional appearance and mannerisms.

• Ability to stay comfortable on feet for the entire shift.
• Excellent time management and the ability to prioritize tasks.
• Positive attitude and teamwork skills
• Effective communication, both written and spoken
• Extreme attention to detail and quality.
• Ability to follow instructions in a fast paced and dynamic environment.
Qualification and experience:
• Minimum of Diploma in Hospitality.
• Must be between 25-30 years of age.
