Position Title: Bank Supervisor

Job Summary
The Bank Supervisor at the Central Bank of Lesotho is responsible for supervising financial institutions to ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks and promoting financial stability.
Areas of Responsibility Include:
- Conducting engagement planning prior to the start of supervisory engagements
- Performing combined assurance assessments to determine the level of reliance on the three lines of defence
- Providing requisite reports to management within set periods
- Ensuring adherence to supervisory standards and regulatory requirements
- Supporting risk-based supervision practices
Required Behavioural Competencies:

Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LLB)
Added Advantages:
- Relevant Master’s Degree
- Relevant experience in financial supervision or regulation
- Courses in Risk-Based Supervision
