As part of our growth strategy and commitment to customer success, we seek to recruit a dynamic and experienced Bakery Specialist to join our team. This role requires strong technical expertise, high discipline, and a commitment to food safety and operational standards.
Key Performance Areas/Expected Outputs
- Provide technical support and guidance to bakery customers on the effective use of the company’s flour products.
- Conduct demonstrations, trials, and training on bread, confectionery, pastry, and other baked products.
- Assist customers in improving product quality, consistency, productivity, and profitability.
- Troubleshoot baking and production challenges experienced by customers.
- Support bakeries in developing new products and improving existing recipes.
- Maintain and grow sales volumes within the assigned customer portfolio.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Coordinate with production, logistics, and quality assurance teams to ensure excellent customer service.
Qualifications Required
- Degree in Food Technology, Baking Technology, or a related field.
- Formal bakery or confectionery training is an added advantage.
- At least three (3) years’ experience in commercial baking or related fields.
- Knowledge of bakery production processes, ingredients, and confectionery products.
- Proven sales and business development experience.
- Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel extensively.

- Excellent communication skills in English and Sesotho.
