POSITION : Back-End Developer
DEPARTMENT : Technical
REPORTING TO : Head – Digital Transformation
PURPOSE:
Billing & Charging API (SOAP, and REST) management, standardisation, and consumption to build new Digital Solutions, and improve existing ones
Main Duties / Key Responsibilities
- Billing & Charging API (SOAP, and REST) management, standardisation, and consume to build new Digital
- and improve existing ones.
- Writing code using scripting languages like Ruby, PHP, .Net, C# or Java.
- Work with SQL, MySQL, and Oracle Database systems.
- Version control, such as Git, CVS or SVN.
- Build functionalities, and engines behind applications.
- Write high-quality code (reusable, and well organised)
- Manage hosting environments
- QA testing, troubleshooting and debugging
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field
Experience:
- At least 2 years as software developer
- Keeping on top of new technology
- Strong technical knowledge in API manipulation
