The competition is open to anyone over the age of 18.

The competition is organised by the Hevelianum Centre, located in Gdańsk, Poland.
“ AstroCamera is an annual competition organised by Hevelianum. It is devoted to astrophotography and addressed to those who love astronomy or photography.
The competition has three categories:
• Deep Sky Objects – photographs of star clusters, galaxies, nebulae, etc.
• Solar System Objects – photographs of planets, the Moon, comets, meteors, eclipses, object transits, etc.
• Astrolandscape – photographs showing landscape elements with astronomic objects.
You may submit a maximum of 5 photographs.
Entry fees
The competition is free to enter.
