What we’re looking for:
- We are looking for an Operations Associate to support our growth. In this position, you will collaborate with multiple teams to coordinate operations capabilities across the organization.
- Responsibilities will include market making, providing liquidity on our partner exchanges, market analysis, risk mitigation, and a variety of other tasks to drive forward the company’s objectives. You will report directly to our Operations Manager.
- Our ideal candidate has a deep understanding of how the blockchain and crypto industries function from an operational and analytical perspective.
- They should also have impeccable organizational skills and thrive in a distributed work environment.

What You Will Do
- Provide liquidity and monitor spread on our partner exchanges
- Collaborate closely with our partner exchanges in order to ensure that SLA are met
- Execute strategies to mitigate market risks
- Conduct market analysis in order to identify gaps, drive business outcomes, and increase efficiency
- Support expansion activities (investments, business development, etc.)
- Provide additional ad hoc operational support to the team as necessary
REQUIREMENTS
Essential Requirements
- At least 1-2 years of relevant experience in a similar role
- Ability to work in a cross-functional role while also thinking strategically and providing practical advice to the business
- Self-driven with the ability to deliver results with minimal supervision
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced work atmosphere and to multitask while being highly attentive to detail
- Take the initiative to complete all tasks individually but also collaboratively in a timely way, creatively solving problems when necessary
- Handle data with a high degree of accuracy and confidentiality
- Fluent in English
Nice to Have
- Any other additional language skills
- Experience in a tech start up or related field is a plus
- Familiarity with the rapidly changing world of blockchain technology
- Prior remote work experience
