What will you do?
In this position you will join our Asset Management business based at our EThekwini office, where you will play an integral part in a team of highly skilled specialists that ‘bring ideas to life’ for our clients across all types of asset management projects – from rural access roads to complex freeways, toll roads, system interchanges and water security.
We know the work we do is vital in assisting our world’s economic development and, it’s the technical expertise and the depth of knowledge of our people that really sets us apart. Here are the key requirements for this role so you can ‘bring ideas to life’.
- Around 10 years’ experience in asset management
- Solid background in maturity assessment in municipality asset management
- Experience in the implementation of asset management improvement programmes
- Knowledge and experience in the application of asset management frameworks and knowledgeable on asset management trends and their application in the South African context
- Wide network and able to maintain and further develop relationships with a range of critical stakeholders in the KwaZulu Natal Metros
- Technical background in facilities management, engineering or architecture

What can you bring to the team?
Firstly, you will share our genuine passion for re-imaging engineering and be someone that actively pursues continuous learning to help shape the future. You will also need a relevant Asset Management related qualification. Certified Asset Management Assessor (CAMA certification) would be beneficial.
