Assistant Stores Clerk


Stations: LEC Headquarters – Maseru

Required Qualifications

– Diploma in Business Studies or related field

Experience progression and other requirements

– A minimum of 2 years’ experience in stores or Accounting environment

– Must have a valid driver’s license

– Computer literacy is essential

– Methodical and disciplined approach to work

– Customer care oriented

– Excellent interpersonal and personal skills

Key Performance Areas

– Packing received materials in stores

– Maintaining the store area area neat and clean

– Assisting store staff in labelling materials

– Picking materials from shelves according to the approved requisitions forms

– Assisting contractors and internal customers during issuing of materials

– Collecting and discarding unused packaging of materials

– Reporting any unlabelled packaging

– Any other work related duties that may be assigned from time to time
