RESPONSIBILITIES
  The key duties of the post are as follows: – Assist user departments in development of specifications;Manage supplier data base /manually maintain records of all suppliers who are dealing with the institution;Supervises stores attendants;Responsible for inventory taking and physical stock counting;Reports directly to store keeper;Maintains stock levels in the main stores to ensure that economic quantities are kept;Assists storekeeper in determining frequency of need of different classes of items;Keeps records of accurate documents during receipt of goods; and Performs any other duties that may be assigned by the Bursar/Procurement Manager from time to time.

JOB SPECIFICATION
QUALIFICATIONS   Diploma in Procurement and Purchasing/Diploma in Business Management   
EXPERIENCE Three (3) years relevant experience in Procurement or stores. 
Knowledge and skills Required: Good Communication Skills Computer literacyGood interpersonal Skills
