Position: Assistant Procurement Officer
Organization: Road Fund Secretariat
Location: Maseru, Lesotho

Job Purpose
The Road Fund Secretariat seeks a suitably qualified Lesotho national to provide administrative and operational support to the Procurement Section. The role involves sourcing suppliers, processing purchase orders, maintaining procurement records, and ensuring compliance with procurement policies and ethical standards.
Qualifications, Experience, and Knowledge
- Degree in Supply Chain Management or CIPS Level 4 or equivalent qualification
- Minimum two (2) years’ experience in a procurement environment
- Knowledge and understanding of Public Procurement Regulations
Essential Requirements
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to organize, supervise, and direct others
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with individuals at all levels
- Assertiveness and strong negotiation skills
- High attention to detail
- Proficiency in computer applications including word processing, spreadsheets, email, and procurement software
Remuneration
Salary will be in accordance with the Road Fund’s competitive and market-related remuneration scales.
