JOB DESCRIPTION
- To support the Relationship Manager in meeting sales and service targets, within their respective portfolios.
Provide support to the Relationship Manager in:
- Servicing Chinese customers
- Attending to customer queries
- Credit origination
- Providing credit administration support
- Identifying customer needs and resolve accordingly
QUALIFICATIONS
- Degree in Finance, or Accounting or equivalent
- Proficiency in Mandarin
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
- Experience in dealing Chinese clients
- Driver’s License is mandatory
