Assistant Finance Officer – General Accounts ( P11 )
The main responsibilities of this job are to:
- Maintain vendor/customer master data in SAP
- Conduct an analysis of vendor master data to identify inactive vendors
- Update vendor master standard operating procedure
- Complete credit applicaiton forms
- Process reimbursements for business related expenses incurred by employees
- Review municipality and consignment bills, investigate and resolve discrepancies
- Perform reconciliation of consignment stock
- Monitor processes and identify areas requiring improvement
- Assist with ad-hoc duties in the Finance Department
The ideal candidate should have:
- NQF Level 6 Diploma in Accounting
- 3 years’ experience in an accounting environment
- SAP FI experience
- MS Office
- A high level of attention to detail and accuracy is required
