About the Organization:

The Financial Clinic (“the Clinic”) is a national nonprofit organization that builds financial security for low-income Americans. The Clinic fulfills its mission through a suite of strategies that includes direct service, training and technical assistance for nonprofits, and research and policy solutions to effect systemic change. In 2015, the Clinic launched its cloud-based financial coaching platform and social enterprise, Change Machine, which enables nonprofit practitioners to embed financial security strategies into their existing program models and accelerate mission-level outcomes. To date, Change Machine has been used by 1,500 practitioners across 42 states to build the financial security of more than 59,000 Americans.

To expand low-to-moderate income consumer’s access to high quality financial products and technology, The Financial Clinic, with the support of an expert Partner Advisory Group, is building a Marketplace for fintech products and apps on Change Machine. The Marketplace will lower the barrier of entry for financial coaches using Change Machine to connect their customers to innovative, accessible, affordable, and trustworthy products.

The Financial Clinic has created a new position, Assistant Director of Fintech Partnerships, who will lead the design and creation of the Change Machine Marketplace. An ideal Assistant Director of Fintech Partnerships candidate will have demonstrated project and partnership management experience.
