Qualifications
- PhD/Masters’ Degree in Education OR equivalent
- PhD/Masters’ Degree in Business Administration /Business Management
Experience
- A minimum of 8 years’ experience as Assistant Dean in reputed tertiary institutions.
- A minimum of 6 years’ experience in Managerial positions
Job Responsibilities
- The Assistant Dean will deputize the dean in the overall responsibility for all areas regarding management and Administration of the campus, including Human Resources, Finance(budgeting and cost control of campus) and Quality Management
- The Assistant Dean will also assist in the administration of academics and quality, including academic services and faculties
- The Assistant Dean will assist in the overall responsibility for all areas regarding technology, marketing and student placement
- The Assistant Dean will assist in the complete operations of the Campus including assisting to establishing and maintaining all stakeholder relations including sponsors, Government, regulatory Bodies and Customers.
