ASSISTANT ADMINISTRATION OFFICER – STUDENT SERVICES
The Key Performance Areas and Responsibilities are:
- Performs administrative and clerical duties in support of training and student affairs
- Collaborates with and assists the Consultants, Registrar and Assistant Registrar with various tasks for effective delivery of training and student services
- Tracks and keeps information on all internal/full-time consultants, time-tables, examination schedules and attendance registers
- Captures data and continuously updates the student management information bank
- Provides necessary support for effective execution of assessment activities on Campus
Skills and Qualifications:
Diploma in Public Administration or Diploma in Business Administration with ability to generate statistical graphs, analyse raw data and interpret it for making informed decisions. Computer literacy is requisite in this position.
