Qualifications and skills:
- Minimum of 15 years’ professional experience.
- General and specific professional experience
- Minimum of 10 years’ experience in setting up operation and maintenance systems.
- Experience in matching infrastructure perpetual maintenance against depreciation and replacement programmes.
