Major/Key Accountabilities

  • Management of HR processes related to personnel administration;
  • Proposal and implementation of improvements to these processes;
  • Reviewing, updating and optimization of HR procedures and policies;
  • Cooperation with third parties in different countries of the region
  • Support in managing of employee benefit systems;
  • Management and update of data in the personnel administration and other HR systems;
  • Participation in projects implementing HR processes;
  • Preparation of monthly reports and analysis;
  • Support to the management and staff on queries relating to personnel administration or HR processes;
  • Support to HR team community (incl. CoE, Field, HRBP, Payroll);

Qualifications

Essential Qualifications:

Desired Qualifications:

  • Graduate qualification in business, human resources, sociology, legal and/or equivalent
  • Ability to speak and write multiple languages
  • MS Office

Mastery of at least two aspects of HR for countries being supported. Example may be Benefits Administration and Pay Administration


Experience

  • Minimum of 1 year HR or customer service experience
  • Minimum of 0,5 year of HR systems experience required, Workday preferred
  • Experience in working in Matrix Organisation
