Area Manager – Maseru
Main Function of the Role
To oversee and manage the performance and operations of multiple stores within an assigned area, ensuring operational excellence, profitability, compliance, and achievement of business targets.
Key Performance Areas
- Drive sales, profitability, and operational performance across the assigned area.
- Monitor and improve store performance against business targets.
- Lead, coach, and develop store management teams.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, operational standards, health and safety requirements.
- Monitor staffing, costs, stock, and other operational resources.
- Analyse performance reports and implement corrective actions where required.
Qualifications and Experience
Qualifications
- Grade 12 / Matric or equivalent.
- Relevant management or business qualification will be an advantage.
Experience
- Previous management experience in a multi-site retail, restaurant, or operational environment.
- Experience managing teams and achieving business targets.
