Description
Role Purpose
To work cross-functionally with business operations and business analysts to create and optimize workflow processes. Lead initiatives related to designing and managing workflow automation projects, testing and fixing bugs.
Key Deliverables
Contributes to delivery of development activities in line with the business brief and SLAs
Monitors and maintains automation post-implementation and resolving any potential issues to ensure smooth business operations
Adhering to development standards
Modelling and developing robotic processes during the project development stage
Updates and maintains Developer Standards around RPA best practices
Mentors and guides peers via code reviews, developer sessions and pair-programming
Core Competencies
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience utilising SQL and MS SQL databases queries within automations
Agile methodologies
Qualifications & Experience
Relevant 3 year degree / diploma / BSc Computer Science or related field
UiPath developer certification preferred
