Job Description:
An apprentice will perform the day-to-day tasks given to him or her by their manager. Tasks will vary depending on where you are assigned. Tasks will include transplanting, defoliating plants, shoot selection, cloning, scouting for pests or mildews, harvesting plants, and always maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
Reports to: Nursery Lead or Flowering Lead depending on assignment
Compensation:
This will be commensurate with the responsibility of the job. The details will be discussed with successful candidates.
Job Requirements:
Must have reliable transportation to and from work. It is a bonus to have previous experience working with cannabis plants and harvesting of plants. Must have organisational skills, dependability, and strong work ethic. Expected to work long hours and weekends to get the job done even during holidays.
