International Consultants of Delaware (ICD), a charter member of the National Association of Credentials evaluation Services (NACES®) is a globally recognized expert in credentials evaluation for education, employment, immigration, licensure and certification.
We provide foreign students and professionals with a comprehensive credentials assessment of their academic degrees and professional qualifications as part of their journey to facilitate successful admission to schools, employment, licensure and certification in the US and other countries.
The Applicant Navigator provides courteous service in response to applicant and customer inquiries through various forms of communications which includes via telephone, email or by custom letter.

Essential Functions

  • Must be able to handle multiple tasks as assigned.
  • Answer applicant telephone inquiries as well as researches and resolves applicant inquires that deal with all services provided by ICD via telephone and written requests.
  • Provide a written response to applicant inquires.
  • Process verification requests, transcript requests, applicant information changes, and other service requests offered by ICD.
  • Perform daily quality assurance review and day-end sorting of correspondences and data entry as required.
  • Facilitate creation, retrieval of applicant files and related materials
  • Promote a high degree of customer satisfaction and problem resolution in all applicant interactions.
  • Troubleshoot applicant problems and follow-up on solutions.
  • Provide a high level of customer service in a fast-paced environment.
  • Any other duties applicable to the position

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma and demonstrated relevant work history. Associate Degree preferred.
  • Two to three years’ experience as a customer service representative in a high-volume call center, and excellent communication skills required.
  • Computer experience and knowledge of Microsoft Word required.
