Job Description:
The Monitoring and Evaluation Officer will ensure the monitoring and evaluation of the Animal Gift Catalogue (AGC) indicators, results and impacts of the project while using his/her knowledge and professional experience. It will guarantee the basis for decision making on the modifications and improvements necessary for an effective management of the project. It will be the technical point of reference for M&E and programmatic issues ensuring compliance with the guidelines of World Vision and AGC M&E system. The M&E Officer will be responsible for developing, monitoring, tracking, reviewing and updating project-monitoring tools, M&E plan and ensuring that the project indicators are measured. The M&E officer will conduct regular supportive supervision visits to monitor data quality. They will maintain progress on targets, keep all the project data and reports and document all promising practices and learning.
