As part of the A&I Team you will enable our partners to make decisions with connected data solutions, establish metrics that drive business outcomes and ensure understanding of OKRs. The Analytics & Insights Lead will co-creating the Data & Analytics roadmap and implement new capabilities to enable data-driven and consumer-led decisions in partnership with the OU organization. Drive deployment of global solutions and standards. Ensure solutions are as standard as possible but as tailored as needed to drive adoption & capture value locally.

Function Related Activities/Key Responsibilities:
- The role will be a part of the Platform Service Data and Analytics (DnA) OU team in the EMEA Region

The role will work directly with the AFRICA OU and closely with the DnA Center Strategy team.

The role will act as a critical thought partner to the OU organization. The role will be the leader of a powerful team of data analytics experts to deliver a network organization through platforms services

Be an active advocate for data & analytics-based decision-making throughout the organization.

The role will oversee the foundational Cross-system data enablement with our bottlers, through a relevant stakeholder approach, from NSR Datalake foundation to joint data sets management

The role will layer on analyses of your own to accelerate insights creation and delivery to the OU team. You will focus on practical solutions that both empower short-term decisions and inform long-term strategy to identify and drive growth in the marketplace.

Understand the WHY’s behind the data to enable fact-based decision making and have the ability drive deployment, adoption and application of analytics.

The role will work together with the Advance Analytics Solutions Area on use cases generation, solution development and become a super-user of models, datasets and dashboards.

Identify and develop a talented team with strong data and analytical, and communication skills (able to visualize data in order to communicate insights). All team members require a strong curiosity to build understanding of our business & its drivers.

The role will be in charge to enable agile methodology to be deployed across the teams

Experience with data analytics insights and work processes for learning and decision support

Solid background in implementing enterprise data strategies in areas including data foundations, governance, advance analytical solutions, with excellent ability in understanding and communicating the larger picture behind how data drives a business
