Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Ability to speak and write in English fluently and idiomatically.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience leading high performing teams, collaborating with cross-functional teams, leading operational and strategic initiatives, and managing direct reports.
  • Experience in Digital Marketing.
  • Experience planning and managing at both the strategic and operational level.
  • Ability to navigate through ambiguity and manage and coordinate multiple assignments simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with Google products, tools, and data infrastructure.

As Analytical Consultant Lead, you’ll manage a team of analysts, product specialists and solution developers to provide transformational insights and best in class product solutions to drive our customers’ growth. You’ll combine a love of data with great business judgement and communication skills to develop recommendations with meaningful insight.

Our Large Customer Sales teams partner closely with many of the world’s biggest advertisers and agencies to develop digital solutions that build businesses and brands. We enjoy a bird’s eye view on the massive transformation occurring as advertising shifts to mobile and online platforms. We’re uniquely situated to help shape how companies grow their businesses in the digital age. We advise clients on Google’s broad range of products across search, video and mobile to help them connect instantly and seamlessly with their audiences.

  • Inspire, manage and coach a team of analysts to deliver critical business insights and provide product solutions that drive our customers growth.
  • Enable the team to deliver high quality performance through strategic consulting and finding opportunities to increase operational efficiency and effectiveness by automation and training.
  • Identify strategic and emerging opportunities to partner with our advertisers on. Build consensus with different internal stakeholders and teams, post which, incubate and scale.
  • Manage the strategy development and execution for the team, including in areas such as project prioritization, stakeholder management, on-boarding and continuous upskilling etc.
