Job Purpose

  • Apply the basic functions and formulas for sorting and aggregating data using Microsoft Excel
  • To gather data and use statistical methods to analyse and generate useful business reports to assist management decision making to improve efficiency, reduce costs, grow income and grow customer satisfaction 
  • Monitoring of the Product tracking dashboard to ensure that all vintages of new accounts recruited are performing against expectations
  • Create informative graphs and charts, and write impactful reports to guide business decision-making
  • Training end users on reports and dashboards 
  • Maintain a high level of integrity and ethical standards.

Key Responsibilities/Accountabilities

1.Use basic functions and formulas for sorting, aggregating, and managing data for analysis in Microsoft Excel2.Daily actioning of lien ageing report to ensure customers do not have liens yet corresponding debit have gone through 3.distribute credit card sales leads to network on monthly basis
4.conduct a statistical analysis in Microsoft Excel using several statistical methods and operations 5.Analytics of customer issues reported in CCC to identify customer pain points and inform product enhancement 6.Card fraud analytics to inform fraud rules review 
7.fundamental theoretical constructs of SQL and relational databases, and understand the opportunities and challenges of working with databases 8.Daily tracking of international ATM transactions to ensure adherence to single annual discretionary limit 9.Extracting and reporting of Mastercard Quarterly date 10.Extracting and reporting monthly CBL card data11.create informative graphs and charts, and write impactful reports to guide business decision-making 
12.Monthly card costs/Revenue substantiation13.Actioning of accounts with interest rate below or above product rate14.Actioning of accounts without debit orders 15.Daily collection of  manual fees

Preferred Qualification and Experience

  •  Degree in Computer Science or Information Systems
  •  Must be conversant with SQL
  • Minimum 2 years Banking experience
  • Experience in customer relationship management
