Amref International University (AMIU) in partnership with Twitter offers full scholarships to Health journalists to do a short course on Health Journalism and Communication at AMIU.
Benefits
- The course fee is KES 80,000/USD 800 and the programme will be offered virtually to successful applicants.
- The aim of the course is to enhance knowledge, build skills and nurture competencies of journalists, Public Relations Officers and health managers on all aspects related to health reporting.
Requirements
AMIU calls for qualified candidates in Kenya to apply for partial tuition scholarships of 40% of the academic year’s fee for the following programmes:
- Bachelor of Science in Health System Management and Development
- Bachelor of Science in Community Health Practice
Requirements:
o The call is open only to applicants wishing to study a Bachelor of Science in Health Systems Management and Development or Bachelor of Science in Community Health Practice at Amref International University.
o Open to both full time (day) and part time (evening) options.
o Applicants from marginalized communities in Kenya are encouraged to apply.
o Applications will be valid only if received by 5.00pm on 30th July, 2022
o Late applications will not be considered.
