Innovation Challenge in Lesotho – Call for Applications!
F’SAGRI, in collaboration with the Alliance Française de MASERU, France in South Africa, Lesotho and Malawi, UNDP Lesotho, and European Union Delegation to Lesotho, is proud to launch its first Innovation Challenge in Lesotho.
Who can apply?
Agri-preneurs — including farmers, agricultural start-ups, and companies — are working on innovative solutions in agriculture and sustainability.
Selected laureates will have the opportunity to engage in partnerships with F’SAGRI institutions.
Project themes
Projects should relate to areas such as :
• Enhancing Agricultural Productivity
• Climate-Smart Technologies
• Digitalisation of Supply Chain
• Food Technology
• New Crop / Product
Projects should demonstrate clear objectives, feasibility, originality, and a concrete implementation plan.

Complete the online application form before April 12, 2026 (midnight) :
What happens next?
• A pre-selection of projects will be conducted.
• Shortlisted candidates will pitch their projects to a jury and receive guidance to prepare their presentations.
• The final presentations and award ceremony will take place at the Alliance Française on May 7, 2026.
Grants will be awarded to the winners.
