The After-Hours Supervisor is responsible for supervising the strategic operations of a team that is dedicated to servicing various accounts in our after-hours department. This Supervisor will be responsible for ensuring service delivery, staff development and oversight, and training and implementation of standard operating procedures, including best practices.
This is a virtual, remote, work from home position. Qualified candidates are available to work Sunday-Thursday, 5:30 pm-2:00 am ET.
