After Hours Online Fulfillment Agent – Remote, US

The After Hours Online Fulfillment Agent will work to expand SME Corporate USA’s online service offering across multiple brands. As part of the new partnership with Upside Travel Company, Flightcentre has taken over operational support for the Upside.com platform. This dedicated team will be an integral part of the success of Upside.com but also have a front row seat and some participation in the overall strategic digital efforts for Flightcentre Travel Group SME. The After Hours Online Fulfillment Agent will be responsible for assisting customers across multiple systems and through several communications channels including chat, phone and email, as we grow our online footprint with Upside Travel.

• Sabre Experience is required
• A proven track record for success and willingness to take on new challenges
• An interest in driving the technological advancement of the SME business
• Exceptional communication skills
• Customer Focused and driven to provide an impeccable experience for your client
• Positive Attitude with a hunger for knowledge
• High attention to detail
• Must have the ability to effectively multi-task
• Candidates should possess decisive and successful problem-solving skills.
• Able to work under pressure
• Geography and international destination knowledge is a plus

Full-time 40 hour work week to include nights and weekends – flexibility is a MUST.
