After Hours, On-Call Phone Support (work from home)

BetterRX, a growing company in the healthcare industry, is looking for part-time after-hours Client Support Representatives (CSR) to Work from Home to help us manage our growing business. Our clients are the lifeblood of our company and we are passionate about treating them right. CSRs are at the heart of making this happen!

This is an on-call phone position that includes an hourly rate plus an additional amount for each incident resolved. The On-Call representative would work every other day, alternating with another on-call representative.

A high-level overview of the role includes handling inbound and outbound calls for existing clients, very short training sessions for clients on our software, and other necessary tasks as required to ensure our clients are cared for. This candidate will preferably have 2-5 years customer support experience.

Training occurs during the day, Monday-Friday 9:00 am-5:00 pm for the first few weeks. Work after hours will begin after that. Typical on-call hours are 5:30 pm-7:00 am on weekdays, and all of Saturday and Sunday. Currently, we are receiving an average of 4 calls during our daily on-call period during the week with the majority of calls during the hours of 5:30pm-7pm, and and average of 8 calls during the day on Saturday and Sunday.

Qualifications and Skills

– Loves people

– Able to work very effectively with various personality types

– Demonstrated Self-Starter, Problem solver, and promoter of positive change.

– Aptitude for embracing change, regardless of frequency or magnitude.

– Ability to effectively negotiate.

– Proven success in maintaining and building relationships over the phone.

– Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to maintain composure in high-pressure situations.

– Self-driven and motivated with a desire to succeed in a fast-paced, changing environment.

– Call Center/Support/Training: 2 years.

– Must provide a telephone line and high-speed Internet connection to assist on the software.
