This is a contract part or full-time work-from-home sales role in a very fast-paced, business-to-business sales environment. This role is highly result-driven and with NO BASIC SALARY and therefore COMPENSATION IS PAID AT 100% COMMISSION + BONUSES.

As part of the PropertyLeads365 international sales team, you will be supported by your locally based Sales Manager, and our Asia based HQ, which includes our:
-Creative Art Department Ads that look great and drive results
-Account Services Team for support
-Digital Sales Tools Sales Enablement Platform and Salesforce.com CRM
-Market Support Team Digital media kits and demand-generation email campaigns.
Experience and Skills:
We are a bit picky… We want Advertising Media Sales Representatives who have done B2B sales, ideally in media sales (print) who are serious and passionate, self-driven, natural-born Advertising Media Sales Representatives with prior proven outside sales experience and a desire to make serious money.
Experienced Advertising Media Sales Representatives with past success in advertising sales to develop, grow and maintain an exclusive territory in this market as Advertising Media Sales Representatives. If you have experience in ad sales with magazines, we’re the place for you!
-Advertising Media Sales Representatives must have prior relationships with previous clients to be able to hit the road running and selling PRINT and online advertising space to local, regional and national businesses of all sizes.
-Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills and be a people person.
-Must have the comfort level to make cold calls, emails, and solicitations.
-You will prospect new business and maintain existing accounts in the restaurant, home improvement,
family fun, high-end retail, and health & beauty categories. You will sell our multiple prints and digital solutions to local, small to medium-sized
business owners within your territory and source distribution outlets for our magazines.
-Advertising Media Sales Representatives must be experienced (no training provided) in selling PRINT and online advertising to brands, networks, and/or agencies.
-Extensive experience in a work-from-home environment.
-Deliver results and meet monthly and quarterly sale targets.
-Advertising Media Sales Representatives must have their own mode of transport and laptop computer (NO SMARTPHONE) with an internet connection.
-Must be able to close deals
