We currently have an opportunity for a Remarketing Administrator to join our Team.
Requirement Overview:
To administer remarketing processes in compliance to the Company’s related Policies, Integrity & Anti Bribery Codes, Conflict of Interest Policy & S.H.E. requirements and to perform delegated S.H.E. tasks and duties & to inform superior about deviations.
To support and oversee auctioneer business partners to ensure MBFS SA remarketing guidelines and SLA is adhered and for the department to maximise recovery for each vehicle remarketed.
Key Duties and Responsibilities include:
- Administer all auction processes and procedures.

Test remarketing system enhancements where applicable.

Ensure timeous and accurate capturing by Business Partners for all repossessions sold.

Support Business Partner users with queries and escalate issues to IT.

Maintain and update RAMS user access.

Administer the release and updating of all natis documents with MBFS natis department and auctioneers.

Ensure all licensing queries and police clearance are requested and completed by service providers.

Ensure all monthly stock counts are completed and submitted.

Ensure accurate stock management on RAMS by updating all released stock.

Review stock to ensure all vehicle maintenance plans parameters are being monitored and instruct auctioneers to perform services where required.

Ensure ageing stock is monitored and escalated to relevant departments where not cleared for sale.

Support finance and collections department with system queries on remarketed vehicles.

Ensure buyers and auctioneers receive paid up and storage letters where required.

Support Remarketing Specialist with monthly reports, department projects and attend relevant meetings where required.

Assisting with Ad-Hoc Tasks within the department as they arise, E.g. New Projects, Stand In Tasks.
