A National company has a remote position for a professional Administrator with experience in Administration, Logistics and Operations. The position would suit a mature candidate with strong communication skills.
Skills and Responsibilities:
Skilled in MS Office Suite (Strong Excel skills) and in preparing correspondence;
Handle telephone calls from patients and service providers;
In depth knowledge and resourcefulness in anticipating and meeting the needs of a busy team;
People’s person;
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to take direction;
Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills;
Excellent listening skills. – to be able to listen carefully to the needs of Patients / Medical team;
Professionalism;
Patient focus;
Able to handle pressure;
Booking appointments for patients and ensuring that the appointment systems runs smoothly;
Arranging any necessary follow up appointments for patients;
Liaising with healthcare providers for continuity of care;
Attention to detail;
Be able to work dependently;
Self motivated;
Meet deadlines and report to Management;
Be willing to work after hours and on weekends when on call (potential emergencies etc);
