Electromech Consulting Engineers (Pty) Ltd hereby invites applications from qualified persons for the position of Administrator

Key Duties:

  • Supervise general office activities,
  • Greeting visitors,
  • Filing, 
  • Photocopying,
  • Faxing,
  • Processing outgoing and incoming mail,
  • Keeping of Operations Manager’s Diary
  • Routing and screening all incoming calls,
  • Distributing messages to appropriate team members,
  • Mails Courier facilitation, 
  • Other related works as requested by supervision Officer

Applicants should:

  • Have a high command of both Sesotho and English
  • Be proficient with word processor and other office applications and, have
  • Typing speed (100 words per minute) and;
