About the Position
SAP is seeking a full-time employee to support the Senior Leadership Team. This is a remote position and is available immediately.

The primary role of the Coordinator is to provide a range of administrative supports for the President, Founding Partner and Chief Operating Officer at Student Achievement Partners. Additionally, the Coordinator will assist the Senior Leadership Team in designated projects and initiatives, engaging in a variety of activities potentially including research, development of written reports or presentations, project management and/or collaboration with external partners.
Specific Job Responsibilities
- Administrative support activities provided to the President, Founding Partner and Chief Operating Officer:

- Scheduling: manage calendars, including prioritizing and scheduling appointments with internal team and external partners; proactively manage calendar conflicts and preferences.

- Travel: manage all travel arrangements including transportation, hotel, and restaurant reservations.

Administrative support: provide other administrative support including reserving meeting spaces, managing logistics of Board meetings and other events led by the President, Founding Partner and Chief Operating Officer, and assisting with IT and equipment needs.

- Materials production: edit, print/ship, and/or distribute materials used for presentations or meetings.
- Project or initiative-related activities provided in support to the President, Founding Partner and Chief Operating Officer, potentially including:

Research support: Look for research on a given topic and summarize or organize it.

- Materials development support: Reading, writing, editing and formatting of written materials and presentations.

- Project management support: Planning and managing execution of projects or initiatives.

- Collaboration with external partners: Support collaborative work with partners in the context of projects or initiatives.
- Occasional travel is required (expenses to be paid by SAP).
Qualifications
- Three or more years of relevant experience managing complex travel arrangements and calendars
- Expert-level MS Outlook skills; competency in MS Word and Excel; ability to learn technologies used by the organization for scheduling conference calls and collaborating on shared documents.
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven organizational skills and history of managing deadlines, expectations and competing priorities
- Demonstrated excellent verbal and written communication skills; efficient and timely in response to internal and external queries
- Strong attention to detail; the standard is error-free work.
- Able to learn quickly based on frequent feedback
- Excellent problem solving skills; ability to anticipate changing circumstances and needs; ability to take initiative and use judgment to make decisions in the absence of specific directions

- High energy, flexible, resilient and able to maintain a sense of humor
- K-12 education experience preferred
