We have an outstanding opportunity for an Administrative Assistant, with expertise in office administration or similar, in our Strategy, Portfolio, Partnerships and Digital Division.
The post holder must be able to handle email and phone enquiries on general ICTD&A matters and process invoices and payments. Other duties include:
- Maintaining the IT Operations Rota and following up on Service Desk responses.
- Coordinating the mobile telephony monitoring service.
- Coordinating minor value procurements.
- Supporting the Section Head as required.

To be considered for this post, applicants must have a relevant qualification in office administration or similar, at least two (2) years’ experience in a similar role, preferably with an international organisation. Applicants must also be proficient in the use of MS Excel, have the ability to manage financial transaction processing and have strong oral and written communication skills.
