Administrative Assistant – Lead Manager – Work at Home

Real Estate investment company in California looking for someone to answer incoming marketing calls, make outbound marketing calls and follow up calls, manage marketing campaigns, input data, handle real estate transactions (no license necessary) and perform other administrative services.

Compensation:
$30,000 plus bonuses


Responsibilities:

  • Take inbound calls
  • Make outbound marketing calls and follow up
  • Manage Marketing Campaigns
  • Input data into CRM program
  • Schedule and confirm appointments
  • Open escrow and prepare necessary documentation
  • Transfer utilities and set up billing
  • Additional Administrative tasks as needed


Qualifications:

  • Motivated individual who likes to deal with people on the phone
  • You will be taking up to 40 calls per week or more so you need to be available
  • Will need to be able to work from home without distraction
  • Must be able to speak well on the phone and build rapport with the callers
  • Learn quickly and take constructive criticism
  • Must have own phone and computer, able to enter data into computer based CRM system (database)
  • Must be computer literate; E-mail, Google Drive, Google Docs, etc.
