Family & Personal Counseling has five locations in greater Long Island Area – Bohemia, East Islip, Levittown, Middle Village Queens and St. James. All in a unique virtual office setting where the administrative work is done from the comfort of your home office. Join one of Long Island’s best administrative teams!
Primary responsibilities include: Answering phones, benefits verifications, patient registration, scheduling, along with additional administrative and clerical duties.
Must have own computer with secure WiFi access, printer/scanner/fax, smart phone (iPhone preferred). Must be available to make phone calls during the work day and early evening without background interruption. Experience with word processing and data entry a must and comfort working with Excel spreadsheets a huge plus.
While most daily work is done from home, this exceptional administrative team will gather for meetings when required. Therefore, must be able to travel into the three Suffolk County offices, mostly Bohemia, as needed.
About 20 – 25 hrs. per week to start. Pay rate determined based upon experience. Job may evolve into full-time for the right candidate.
