The International Federation of Workers’ Education Associations (IFWEA)  is a global organisation with both a local and international education projects involving trade unions, NGOs and community membership-based organisations. 

IFWEA seeks to appoint an Energetic Administrative Assistant for Non-Profit Organisation to be based in Cape Town.

Typical duties:
Support Office Manager – assist with office and organisational duties
Assist with updating and maintaining organisational documentation
Organising and attending meetings and events where necessary
Manage correspondence
Minute taking
Competencies:
Able to work effectively under pressure
Able to multi-task and prioritise work tasks
Self-managed, can take initiative and work independently
Excellent organisational skills
Reliable and dependable
Strong knowledge of MS Office Excel and Word
Attention to detail
Professional and courteous verbal and written communication skills
