CENTRE FOR TEACHING AND LEARNING (CTL)
The National University of Lesotho invites applications from suitably qualified candidates for the position of Administrative Assistant
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
1. KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS:
a) Contribute to the administrative and academic leadership of the Centre for Teaching and Learning (CTL) through providing administrative support to the Director, professional staff of the Centre, part time academic staff and students attached to the Centre.
b) Provide logistical support in managing the operations of the different Units of the CTL.
c) To provide administrative support in various projects of the CTL
d) Communicate and be in constant touch with faculties, administrative departments and other stakeholders for cross functional engagement.
e) Communicate with partner institutions, external agencies and government departments.
f) Oversee the CTL budget and monitor its performance.
g) Prepare workshops, seminars and conferences for the CTL and produce reports.
h) Purchase stationery, office equipment and process the invoices. i) Supervise other administrative staff.
2. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
● Degree in Public Administration or Education.
● Three (3) years working experience in an administrative position
● Knowledge of appropriate software including: Microsoft Word, googledocs, google calendar, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Access, Microsoft Publisher and Adobe Acrobat will be preferred

4. Remuneration:
The University offers salaries and other benefits commensurate with qualifications and experience.
