VACANCY: Administration Clerk

AfriSam Lesotho has a vacancy for an Administration Clerk. The position reports to the Administration Supervisor, forms part of the Cementitious Lesotho team, and is based in Maseru.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
• Accurate and timely creation of purchase orders.
• Creating and maintaining service orders for local contractors/service providers and monitoring correct allocations.
• Petty cash control and reconciliation.
• Time and attendance administration (monitoring the clocking matrix daily).
• Processing and reconciliation of all raw materials, bags, and plastics on SAP.
• Ordering, recording, and issuing diesel.
• Control and management of bags and plastics stores.
• Assisting with monthly stock counts, reconciliation, and month-end functions.
• Ensuring compliance with company safety and environmental standards.
Qualifications, Skills, Knowledge and Experience Required
• Diploma in Accounting (or equivalent).
• Minimum two years’ financial/commercial experience in manufacturing.
• Basic communication, numeric, and literacy skills.
• Basic product knowledge.
• Ability to meet the full requirements of the Code of Practice for fitness.
