Enrich Stores is searching for a perceptive, creative Admin Manager to oversee all admin roles in our Supermarket. The admin manager will hire, train, and evaluate staff members; ensure compliance by all staff to policies, systems, and procedures; and generally, ensure that the cash office operates smoothly and efficiently.

To succeed as an admin manager, you should be focused on attracting and retaining top talent and streamlining office operations to maximize quality and efficiency while reducing costs. You should be analytical, knowledgeable, and organized with a proactive attitude and strong leadership skills.

Admin Manager Responsibilities:
• Supervising the day-to-day operations of the Store cash-office.
• Overseeing all the cash office operations, compiling and submitting cash office reports to the Senior Management.
• Ensuring compliance by staff members to company’s admin systems, policies, and procedures
• Ensuring the office is stocked with necessary supplies and that all equipment is working and properly maintained
• Working with the accounting and management teams to set budgets, monitor spending, and process payroll and other expenses.
• Hiring, training, and evaluating employees and taking corrective action when necessary.
• Planning and issuing of our Supermarket staff members’ daily working schedules
• Planning, scheduling, and promoting staff events, including meetings, conferences, interviews, orientations, and training sessions.
• Attending to and resolving all staff queries, grievances and needs.
• Collecting, organizing, and storing information using computers and filing systems.
• Building and expanding on skills by engaging in educational opportunities.

Admin Manager Requirements:

• Must have at least 5 years working experience as an Admin manager in a reputable Supermarket or clothing retail Stores, with experience in cash-office management.
• Exceptional leadership and time, task, and resource management skills.
• Strong problem solving, critical thinking, coaching, interpersonal, and verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with computers, especially MS Office.
• Ability to plan for and keep track of multiple projects and deadlines.
• Familiarity with human resources, and customer service procedures.
• Must be a trustworthy person with no criminal records.
• Willingness to continue building skills through educational opportunities
