Specification | Qualifications: •Grade 12 •Diploma in Business administration, Finance, Accounting or a closely related field strongly recommended. Experience: •1 to 2 years’ proven administrative experience Skills: •Strong administration skills •Organizing skills •Strong computer literacy especially in MS applications •Time management skills Competencies: •Attention to detail •Proactive •Team player •Pressure resilient •Effective oral and written communication •Multi-task focus KEY RESPONSIBILITIES OF THIS ROLE: 1.Provide general administration support service. oProvide general support to all areas of Administration. oHandle general enquiries appropriately. oFile administration information appropriately and timeously. oAnswering and directing phone calls. 2.Perform general accounting duties oAdministration – filing, typing, etc. oDebtors and creditors function. oRecordkeeping. oProcessing of orders and invoices. oMatch invoices with purchase orders. oVerify account codes and signature accuracy for proper assignment of claims. |
