ADDENDUM TO TENDER DOCUMENT ISSUANCE PROCEDURE
Reference is made to the tender advertisement for the above-referenced tender, NA01/2026/27: Supply and Delivery of ICT Equipment and Office Equipment, which indicated that tender documents would be sold at a non-refundable fee of LSL500.00 (Five Hundred Maloti).
Bidders are hereby notified that this provision is revised as follows:
Tender documents will no longer be sold. They will instead be issued electronically, free of charge, in accordance with Section 80(4) of the Public Procurement Act, 2023.
