G4S Cash Solutions (Lesotho), a leading global secure solutions company has a vacancy for an Accounts Receivable Clerk
The purpose of the position is to ensure that all G4S activities within the country are carried out in accordance with Lesotho legislative requirements and company standards. The successful incumbent must have a proven track record in maintaining efficient Accounts Receivable processes and will also be expected to be results driven and to live the values of the organization.
Key Performance Areas
– Perform the accounts receivable function
– Ensure all customers are invoiced
– Ensure that all customers made payment on time
– Reconcile all customers accounts
– Record Keeping of Invoices, Minutes and Remittances
Key Attributes and Competencies
Formal Education:
– COSC Certificate
– Relevant diploma in accounting
– At least 5 years experience in Accounts Receivable Clerk position
– Computer Literate
– Valid Drivers’ License
Knowledge
– Knowledge of Accounting principles and practices
– Knowledge of accounts payable processes
– Knowledge of hovw to perform reconciliations
– Knowledge of company policies and procedures
– Knowledge of Pastel systems
